The clinic is open Monday through Thursday between 8 a.m. and
3 p.m. or Friday between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. The clinic is closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

To schedule an appointment for one of your patients, Innovative SpineCare needs your patient's name, address, phone number, insurance, date of birth and pertinent medical information.
Patients with urgent needs
Innovative SpineCare makes every effort to accommodate patients with urgent medical needs and those requiring subspecialty care. If your patient's condition dictates immediate attention, please call the clinic, (501) 978-8618, identify the patient's problem and ask to speak with the appropriate physician.
Summary Report
It is the practice of our physicians to forward a summary of diagnostic reports and treatments to the referring physician as soon as it becomes available. If you have not been contacted by your patient's Innovative SpineCare physician, please call (501) 978-8618 for assistance.
